Your villa offers you all the luxury features that you would expect of a modern American home in the Sunshine State:

It is fully air-conditioned and luxuriously furnished & carpeted throughout in the Florida-modern style, and the high vaulted "cathedral" ceiling gives a feeling of coolness and extra space. The villa has both a family room and a living room to relax in, each with comfortable couches, coffee tables and televisions offering gazillions of cable channels.

The private swimming pool has been extended to measure 26 x 13 feet and its inviting blue water will prove impossible to resist on those blazing Florida days. The pool faces south-east and has sun from dawn until the afternoon.

The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer, with ice maker, stove and all manner of domestic bits 'n' pieces to help you store, cook, eat and enjoy Florida cuisine, whether you do so in the breakfast nook or while seated at the glass-topped dining table next door. And when you're done, just use the dishwasher to take care of your crockery and the waste-disposal unit for your leftovers.

The Master bedroom, with its queen size bed, has its own ensuite bath and shower, plus a walk-in closet, while the other bedrooms each have twins beds and ample storage for clothes and the many purchases you will want to make. You want more TVs? You got them in two of the bedrooms.

There is a PC provided with 5MB broadband internet service (and a free wireless network so you can use your own laptop).

All the practical necessities to enjoy your vacation are provided – towels, crockery, cutlery, etc - and we also offer several additional small features to add to your convenience/enjoyment, like a selection of computer console games, videotapes and DVDs, plus some holiday reading. If you have small children in your party, we have a high chair and crib, both provided FREE.
